@YuanxiaDing @EliGarlow @territaylor @LuminaFound Yes yes yes! And ISAs may be a solid replacement for loans but not for philanthropy. Why should students have to pay for a societal wrong? That’a why philanthropy and government programs exists. It’s like asking young people to pay twice.
