@ArcMembership I figured it out. I am using Little Snitch as a Firewall/Network Monitor and have had connections going to launchdarkly.com denied. Once I enabled it I could see "Arc Max"

@garminau My vivoactive 4 touchscreen is not working on the bottom part of my watch. So I can not do a factory reset as I cannot touch the check button. I have made several attempts by chat and email to get support and so far there has been no response.

@Garmin @GarminFitness really love everything about my "vivoactive 4" and Garmin Connect. Except sleep tracking! The watch records somewhere between 9 mins to 30 mins of deep sleep per night compared to around 2 hours by every other watch I have used.
Any date/plan for a fix 🙏
