Shocking Twist! Mokaya demands 200M from Safaricom for Data breach in Ruto Coffin case. Lawyers representing David Mokaya have described his case against Safaricom as a landmark legal challenge that could significantly reshape data protection and digital rights enforcement in Kenya. In a strongly worded statement, the legal team accused Safaricom of violating the Data Protection Act and breaching constitutional safeguards under the Constitution of Kenya. They allege that the telecommunications firm unlawfully released Mokaya's private information to investigators without first obtaining a court order. The lawyers argue that the matter raises fundamental questions about subscriber privacy, lawful data access procedures, and corporate compliance with Kenya’s data protection framework.

Residents in Claycity, Kasarani, are once again reporting unrelenting noise pollution from a local church, which continues unabated even after Nairobi County officials previously stated that action had been taken against the religious establishment. The chapel under the Full Gospel Church of Kenya umbrella begins its loud prayers early in the morning and has repeatedly been flagged by residents for disturbing the peace in the area. Frustrated residents are now calling on the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and Nairobi County to escalate enforcement and restore order in the neighbourhood. "Hello Nyakundi. Thank you for the good job you are doing in the society. Kindly repost the the above issue. This church is a menace and is continually making noise from 6AM daily in the name of prayers and is very very irritating. Kindly repost it so that something can be done about it. Nairobi County Environment dept have tried to issue then with a notice but nothing has been done until now. Kindly tag Nairobi County (NEMA) so that this issue can be solved. Thank you."

Evening after… African Presidents have lost the best. We stand strong though.
