@StarWarsDaily_ Maybe from the people that grew up with this trilogy as little kids, but most likely they’ll still appreciate the prequels and original trilogy more.

Do you think the Star Wars Sequel trilogy will eventually receive the same kind of love and reappraisal as the prequels did many years after their release?

@StarWarsDaily_ If it were we would've seen a tonne of memes already for it the same way the prequel trilogy has been memed to death (and continues to be), the fact is Star Wars fans just didn't love these films.

@Heebie314 @StarWarsDaily_ The irony is, it's not fan fiction. If it were fan fiction, the legacy characters would have plot armor and be untouchable superheroes.

@StarWarsDaily_ It's already the trilogy I enjoy watching the most, and I'm sure others will feel the same way.

John Boyega confirms he’s had talks with new Lucasfilm President Dave Filoni about returning as Finn. When an audience member at Megacon Orlando shouted, "Get Dave [Filoni] on the phone,” Boyega replied, "I actually have, actually." (Source: sffgazette.com/sci_fi/star-wa…)

@grrr22 It wasn't planned that this would be Ben Solo's last film... but then Bob Iger came along.

@WilfingerSonja @Marsaphire This moment triggered something in Ben Solo, he would rather kill his masters than hurt this woman in any way.

@StarWarsDaily_ @mopilove It's the film I'm most looking forward to, and I'll see it at least five times in the cinema. So yes, please give it to us!

@StarWarsDaily_ No !! Daisy is a wonderful sweet young lady, and i aways wish her the best, but this character was one of the most egregious thing Disney created. I wish that this character replaced by Darth Talon or other new character in a reboot in a new timeline.

@DarthMongral @JadeAtrophis When characters explain actions (often called an "exposition dump"), it feels like a lecture to the audience, which disrupts immersion. "Showing," on the other hand, allows the viewer to directly experience the plot through actions, sensory details, and dialogue. Show dont tell

@redfrootloops @JadeAtrophis *evil laughter* Or at least something that isn’t just a disconnected character making random speculation, or having to scrounge up and extrapolate vague background details in a story that has a plot of a terrible video game.

@sewell_herb @DarthMongral @JadeAtrophis It's unbelievable how people can watch these films and think like that? No compassion, no empathy, it seems like they're already watching the films with negative feelings, these people are crazy.

@redfrootloops @DarthMongral @JadeAtrophis That argument justifies the character’s actions. I think it bothers people bc up to then in the trilogy (except a few moments), incl. your context , had so little impact, context was ignored, it felt like just another try to ape the OG trilogy’s legacy—and basically is lol

@belloq79 @ct_girlie And what she did and accomplished in the sequels doesn't become worthless because of that. It doesn't for Luke and Han either, because without their achievements, the galaxies in Episode VII would look completely different.

@belloq79 @ct_girlie Honestly, I find the idea of Rey going to the dark side interesting; maybe she's doing it to bring Ben Solo back from the dead.

@DarthMongral @JadeAtrophis How many more clues do you need? You do have to pay attention and put things together a bit. If you don't want to do that, I can recommend Netflix movies, where the plot is always explained to the viewers by the characters.

@redfrootloops @JadeAtrophis Characters speculation isn’t proof. Snoke tubes only prove that Snoke was a puppet created by Palpatine. Your writing for the author based on vague imagery only confirms the lack of explanation in movie.

@DarthMongral @JadeAtrophis line:Dark science, cloning, secrets only the Sith knew In Palpatine's laboratory,Snoke bodies can be seen in tanks, proving that cloning was on Exegol Palpatine refers to himself as a clone by trying to get Rey to kill him so that his spirit can pass into her as his current body…
