@_R8MA Hi, thank you for your kind words 🙏 and yes we import watch dates and rewatches so those are logged in Refract but unfortunately not reviews and comments as it's much more complex to do it right

@refract_app I really like your app because of the comments feature that includes images and GIFs. I have a question: will my date be recorded at the same time I've watched it or smth like that? And will it include my review (comments)? Because if not, I'd love to copy everything manually

Quick note for TV Time folks 👇 TV Time now has a GDPR export, but heads up: Refract can't read that format yet (coming soon). For now, use our free Chrome extension "TV Time Out by Refract." It exports your full library and imports straight into Refract. Keep your file safe💜

Waiting for @refract_app to stabilize before I start using it! I’ve already exported my data from TV Time to it... now it’s just a matter of waiting.

@xandy_tico For now we use TMDB but exploring adding additional dbs for better coverage (MAL, anilist, TVDB)

@refract_app I have a question! Which database do you use to power the platform? TheTVDB (the same one TV Time uses/used) or TMDB?

Real talk about the app being slow right now 🧵 Nobody thought to give us a heads up that TV Time was shutting down 🤔 We're 2 people. Three days ago: 3,000 users. Now: 70,000. Our servers did not sign up for this. But we know what to do. Here's where things stand 👇

apps substitutos do tv time que testei trakt - achei aceitável bingebase - oq mais me agradou e baixou praticamente td q importei do letterboxd e do tv time framerate - adorei, tbm baixou praticamente td bingeboxd - não carregou nada simkl - não me agradou ...

@darahik @SubwayTakes If you already did the import then your data is in queue and once your turn comes it will be proceeded. It's better not to reimport to not go back to the end of the queue actually.. The situation should be solved in a matter of days 🙏

@refract_app @PjGamer64 I’m not blaming you or anyone, I was just reporting the status of the app, from my experience. Thank you for putting the work to provide users like me another way to track their TV Shows & Movies. Good luck with everything 👍

@Summxrboy J’en ai testé au moins 10 depuis ce matin jpp les principales sont tellement surchargées que c’est impossible de se faire une idée si ça vaut le coup ou non 😭

Toutes les applications similaires à tvtime sont surchargées, impossible d’importer les données et en plus de ça j’arrive pas à me décider sur laquelle je vais rester ! Betaseries, je la trouvais pas incroyable et les autres ont l’air mid.

@Summxrboy Bonsoir a tous, hésitez pas à poser vos questions. On a été légèrement débordés par l'afflux de nouveaux utilisateurs mais on devrait arriver à une solution d'ici un jour ou deux ce qui devrait débloquer les imports mais aussi la performance 🙏

J’ai décidé de migrer vers Refract, apparemment c’est vraiment l’une des meilleures alternatives. À voir quand mes données seront transférées étant donné qu’à 10 h30 j’étais 7 011 dans la file pour que mes fichiers soient importés.

@PjGamer64 @refract_app There’s a difference between SLOW and DOESN’T WORK; Slow: If I wait or try aging it will eventually work. Doesn’t work: Even if I wait IT DOESN’T WORK. 🤦‍♂️

@brunospfc03 @TVTimeSupport Hi! You might want to wait for a few days, we are currently upgrading our database to sustain the high number of new users. The app is very slow at the moment but we are fixing it and our main focus has always been the performance 🙏
