Had a tenant from outside of NYC call - rent is going from $800 to $1800. A mom with 3 kids. All i could do was advise them they had a right to 90 days notice cause they’d been there 6 yrs. These are stories I get all the time. Lack of political will has real world consequences.

@restlessmay True, but people still do it all the time (and the yelling at yourself part doesn't incur a fine, just the racket damage)

Watching the #USOpen & thinking how weird it is that public displays of frustration are so acceptable in sports. If I made a mistake in court and slammed my legal pad down, yelling at myself, I'd get some weird looks. But in tennis, totally normal?
