I wish ODPs were allowed to work in areas outside of theatre in every organisation. Some trusts are great at being able to see the expertise that ODPs have to offer in other areas, whilst some trusts still only offer these roles to nurses.

I have had the privilege to do value stream mapping and observation work in the Accident & Emergency department at QEQM this week. I have met very hardworking staff, who manage high volumes of people coming through their doors 24/7. Keep up the good work. @EKHUFT @SusanAcott
