McDonald's. 11am on a Thursday. Me: Can I get four cheeseburgers, extra bacon, no bun, no ketchup, no mustard, no onion, no pickle. Cashier: So just the patties, cheese, and bacon. Me: Just the patties, cheese, and bacon. Cashier: Four of them. Me: Four of them. Cashier: [types it in] That comes up as four cheeseburgers with modifications. Me: Perfect. Cashier: The bun is included in the price. Me: That's fine. Cashier: You're paying for buns you're not getting. Me: I'm aware. Cashier: [a pause] Okay. The bag arrived. Four cardboard boxes, each containing two patties, a slice of cheese, a rash of bacon, sitting in the approximate location where a bun would normally be, surrounded by nothing. It was perfect. It was exactly what I asked for.

New necessary question to ask in job interviews: “Do you have enough desks for everyone at the office?” Trust me.

Thoughts on holding $STRC longterm - ROC divs cease when cost basis = 0. At 11.5% yield that takes 9 yrs. After you’re paying taxes on divs. - Donate old STRC to charity. Claim full value as deduction. Nonprofit doesn’t pay tax whether they sell or keep. Win win.

Not an Openclaw killer. Channels for Code is a great concept and Dispatch for Cowork is useful. I’m a Cowork power user. But I still use Openclaw. There are some projects where having a unified system just works better. Code + Cowork are still distinct systems, for now.

@trq212 So remote control is dead and now we’re doing channels? Personally I like this much better if approvals can be handled thru here. Remote control was too limited.

@mc_khristina @NitherDither I feel like at current mNAV levels that MSTR common is the best amplified bet on BTC, even over IBIT options or BITX. Not time bound, no decay, limited downside (mNAV), and clear room for upside and a working model for BTC accumulation even in this market.

$MPJPY $MTPLF I am still on the sidelines in MetaPlanet and other BTCTCs (but still monitoring) ... and this morning, the below @NitherDither post on the latest MetaPlanet disclosures caught my attention👇 AND, in case you missed it last week, $ASST common shares outstanding jumped from 63M to 66.7M, implying an issuance of 3.7M in common shares over the prior week or so. About $30M in common shares would have been issued when market cap mNAV was ~0.6. Assumed diluted market cap was ~0.8 but good luck digging this out of the filings ... don't get me wrong, as Bitcoin has begun to rebound some, these stocks have been outperforming and I am watching ... personally, I just feel better owning 'amplified' upside via $IBIT options and/or trading $BITX. NFA.

Simon, you seem to be selling the fixed-strike warrants at 4.10 JPY/share, while a Black-Scholes treatment suggests a price around ~218 JPY. Even accounting for path dependency (hence the use of Monte Carlo), dilution drag, European vs. American exercise, and other market impacts, a 98% "discount" seems egregious. Even $BMNR and other BTCTCs didn't venture beyond a 30–50% discount. What am I missing? And when can your shareholders get in on this sweet, sweet deal - buying 2-year 410 yen calls at 4.10 each?
