It’s heartbreaking to hear that someone who brought so much joy to a room, was hurting so much behind closed doors. I’ve known Twitch for over 20 years through the dance community - he always lit everything up. You just never know what someone is really going through.

Right now what I want to do is remember all the love and laughter I had with tWitch. He brought so much joy to my life. I know he brought joy to yours too. I’m going to be sharing some of my favorite moments with him. If you want to you can also share yours. #ILovetWitch

Let me be clear: even with the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, abortion is still safe and legal in Illinois. This is a direct assault on self-determination and the right to privacy. But we cannot allow the radical right to take our power away. The fight continues.

Today, the Supreme Court not only reversed nearly 50 years of precedent, it relegated the most intensely personal decision someone can make to the whims of politicians and ideologues—attacking the essential freedoms of millions of Americans.

For nearly 50 years, women have had the right to make our own decisions about our bodies. Today, that right was stolen from us. And while we may be devastated by this injustice, we will not be silent. We will not sit back as the progress we have already won slips away.

Can’t get an abortion, can’t get tampons, can’t get baby formula, can’t get paid maternity leave, can’t have birth control covered as a preventative care. Should we just say “America” land of the free, really has a serious hate for women and children. 😔

What a sad day for this country. Guns for everybody and no reproductive rights. Twisted. Twisted.

It's a sad day for the country. Nearly 50 years ago, Roe vs. Wade was decided. Today, the Supreme Court of the United States expressly took away a constitutional right from the American people. Personal freedoms are on the ballot this fall.
