@CaptainDznuts I tend to blame cyclists for everything, especially those who share videos of their rides, but not here. If he’s riding on a public thoroughfare, he has the right to do it without being threatened by dogs whose owners neglect to protect them and others from these encounters.
Can we all at least agree that “a whole civilization will die tonight” was far too broad a choice in words, and maybe “a whole regime” would have fit his intention better, or are we too deep into doublethink.
