@smartfinal my morning delivery 4537135 from store 720 never made it to my house. I received a text that my order was delivered but when I went in front of the house there was no order. I texted the number on the text message and there was no answer. I called and driver said he is returning but he didn’t. I called store manager Mark and he just told me I need to call Door Dash as there nothing he can do. I reminded him that I placed my order on the smart and final app ad I paid smart and final. No items no money. Is this how you do deliveries?

@smartfinal - Bought strawberry boxes from your store only to find fungi growing inside them. When I went back, the store refused a return — even though several other boxes on the shelf were spoiled too. Definitely not an isolated issue.

@smartfinal went to pick up one item on my lunch break. It was a digital deal so I asked the checker if he could as courtesy give me the digital deal since I did not have time to download the app. He refused. I guess it's not customer friendly.@Safeway @kroger will accommodate.

Hey @smartfinal we stopped by store number 323, since it was on our way to where we were going. There were homeless begging for money at the doors, not even 1 cart in the front of the store corals, and the parking lot looks like this? Is this acceptable?
