@rushmorealum @UPMCHillmanCC Very interesting- doesn’t sound like these were personalized and also, not sure anyone thinks that vaccines alone will be the ticket to clearing stage IV. They may have a place, but will need to be alongside other therapies in a well crafted sequence. IMO.

@AlterCancerCare Agree, just wish there were real opportunities for patients to work with trained medical professionals to build a strategy that aligns with the patients risk tolerance AND to access the therapies in the strategy. Both of those are very difficult for the av patient to accomplish.

@solongsarcoma For many #stage4 patients, going beyond soc is the only way to survive. Current only a few can do that due to the enormous difficulties.

Never give up asking questions: what is the best option now? What is the next if the current one stops working? What can be added to increase chance of NED? Need plan ahead of the disease. It needs more to defeat #stage4 cancer than the treat-wait-resist-treat next line paradigm
