@whynotweather @RadarScope @NMSCAS_JB @AshtonLemleyWX We've reset the account responsible for sending out those emails. It keeps getting suspended for spam. We're looking into migrating these emails to an email provider so that this stops happening as nothing being sent is spam. Try now.

Not Spotter Network breaking on the day of a major tornado outbreak...

If you have experienced issues resetting your SN password, those issues should now be resolved.

STATUS update: The issue some spotters experienced yesterday after submitting a report and getting a “503” error has been resolved. All reports did successfully submit but the error caused confusion. Issue with password resets is still unfortunately ongoing as we work w/Google.

Here is a break down of timing for select areas of the country for the severe storms today and tonight. Multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms are possible across several areas. Please see the individual graphics below for more specific timing information.

The issue with receiving emails following password resets has been resolved. Thanks for your patience as we worked through this!

Hello all, we’re currently experiencing an outage impacting the ability to receive the email message when resetting your password. We’re working on the issue and will post when resolved.
