Critical Alerts is a device feature that overrides other settings to get you critical alerts, such as ones SW+ Alerts provide, even in DND. Tornado & severe t'storm warnings will override DND & send the wake-me-up alert. All other alerts use the default tone & don't override DND.

If you submit a ticket (Menu button & Contact Us), our support software, Zendesk, requires email verification. You will get an email from them, then you'll verify your email & your ticket will be sent to us. We reply by email. Not our decision, but it does helps to combat spam.

@cansas If you still have issues, use "Contact Support" in the app main menu and include screenshot of subscription/purchase when reaching out. We're here to help!

@cansas Hello, it actually became sub-based a few years ago, but long-time users may just be seeing it in the past several months. Best to logout of the app, purchase via SW+ Alerts banner, then tap "Already have an account" when given that option and log back in.

@stormwatchplus when did the legacy paid app become subscription and how do I subscribe. I’m in a loop with your app.

A minor release (8.2.1) of StormWatch+ is now in the App and Play Stores with bug fixes & performance improvements. Android users: you will need to reset your Quiet Time if you had one set! iOS users: Quiet Time is not working right now, but we're working diligently to fix it!
