@goblinodds If you want something super simple&quick&tasty that is super flexible, try stuffed mushrooms! Get those big mushrooms, take out their trunks, put them on a tray+baking paper, fill them with eggs (raw) + whatever u want. Or the filling can be cheese based or anything else

@Plus3Happiness I have to be honest, if I wasn't familiar with some of what it's saying from other contexts, I would be super confused 😅

@m_ashcroft this probably won't be a silver bullet, but try wim hof breathing. it works really well against inflammation and autoimmune disorders. i googled that inflammation only plays a side role in OA unfortunately, so probably won't be a complete fix, but might alleviate pain / slow it

@QiaochuYuan my guess is that if you're able to observe your internal experience finely enough, you can tell when this ad-hoc generation is done, i would guess there's usually an element of "escape", i.e. "ok here take this idea, stop thinking more in this direction, that way is pain"

i don't really know what to do with stuff like this. i read a tweet along these lines a little over a year ago and stopped introspecting for awhile as a result and as far as i can tell it was just incredibly bad for me and i just stalled a process that needed to happen

I have a pet theory that when people introspect about themselves, their brain sometimes just scrambles to generate relevant content. So they feel like they're gaining insight into deeper parts of themselves when they're actually just inventing it on the fly.
