@keleftheriou @benvol No, the only recent Push API changes were for macOS. Apple continues to gimp PWAs, to force developers into the App Store.

@benvol I *think* iOS 16 finally brings support for push notifications in web apps, which would be over a decade late but nonetheless a welcome addition. I plan to investigate more later.

@gwhizkids @viticci Maybe you haven’t been following the news? This feature was already supposed to be released, but they delayed it. If it’s STILL broken, it doesn’t matter that it’s beta. It should be nearly-complete at this point, not constantly crashing and burning for every user.

@viticci In fairness, can you actually fairly review a beta? I realize that you don’t have much choice given when you want your review to drop. However, it is possible that they could get the whole thing working in time for the release. After all, that is a major reason for the betas.

Alright, since everyone is doing it, here's a SwiftUI thing I made that would've hurt to write in React - color indicating sliders that do a bouncy thing when you move slightly past the edge (it also taps the trackpad when you do) Supports any array of colors as the gradient

Oh yeah! iOS 16.1 makes it easier and more intuitive to set a home screen wallpaper. They are now peers rather than Lock Screen being the main and the Home Screen secondary.
