Joe Rogan takes BPC-157. Huberman takes BPC-157. The US Health Secretary called himself a “big fan” of peptides. Your doctor has never heard of it. BPC-157. 15 amino acids. Found in your own stomach juice. Rogan had elbow tendonitis nothing could fix. BPC-157 — gone in two weeks. Called it “Wolverine shit.” Huberman had chronic back pain from a herniated disc. Two injections. Years of pain — gone. He’s a Stanford neuroscientist. He doesn’t exaggerate. RFK Jr. uses peptides for his own injuries. The FDA is now reclassifying BPC-157 toward legal access. in studies: → REGREW severed nerves → REBUILT torn ligaments — oral worked → REATTACHED tendon to bone → 90% relief in 16 knee patients → REVERSED alcohol damage across 7 organs → HEALED bone defects comparable to grafts “doesn’t it cause cancer?” let me be clear: → in 30+ years of research — NOT ONE documented case of BPC-157 causing or promoting cancer. not one. → a 2018 study actually REDUCED tumor formation → the angiogenesis BPC triggers is REGULATED — it heals damaged tissue and stops. tumor growth uses different pathways entirely. but — if you have an active cancer diagnosis, don’t take it. not because the data shows harm. because it hasn’t been tested in cancer patients specifically. that decision belongs to your oncologist. not me. not a podcast. your oncologist. 30 years. zero lethal dose. zero cancer. used by the biggest names in health. your doctor won’t mention it. your stomach already makes it. I take it daily. source in the comments ↓

I’ve had a number of conversations with folks inside and outside government about the current situation with Anthropic, and here is what I believe to be true: — As we know, Anthropic publicly released its Mythos class models earlier this week under the commercial name Fable. — Fable is Mythos with guardrails. But if those guardrails fail, then you’ve exposed Mythos and its advanced cyber capabilities to people who shouldn’t have them. (Keep in mind that Anthropic itself widely promoted the idea that Mythos was a cyberweapon and needed to be regulated as such. They asked for government regulation of Mythos and championed the guardrails on Fable. If there is a vulnerability — big or small — it is Anthropic’s responsibility to patch.) — A highly credible trusted partner of both Anthropic and the USG who was testing Fable came forward with a jailbreak of those guardrails. The Admin asked Dario to fix the jailbreak or de-deploy the model. Dario refused. — In their blog post, Anthropic defended its decision by saying the jailbreak isn’t serious. That is not what the trusted partner and the USG believe; nor is that kind of minimizing language consistent with Anthropic’s brand as the AI safety company. It’s difficult to fathom how they could claim a jailbreak allowing operability of a cyber weapon could be defined as not “serious.” — In the past, Anthropic has always said that safety must be top priority and taken super seriously. In this case, Anthropic prioritized the continued offering of the consumer model over safety. — In reaction, the Admin issued the export control. The Admin did this reluctantly. It’s been very surprised that Anthropic hasn’t wanted to cooperate with a reasonable safety request (ie fixing the jailbreak issue). Anthropic’s reaction is very much at odds with their branding and ethos as a safe AI research community. — The Admin’s hope now is that Anthropic remediates the safety issue, the export control is lifted, and Fable goes back into general release. The Admin wants all of this to happen as soon as possible. It is frankly bewildered that Anthropic hasn’t wanted to comply with safety requests that it previously said were its highest priority. — Those trying to misdirect and tie this action to the prior DoW/Anthropic issues are wrong. The Admin values Anthropic’s technical capabilities and feels that this issue, while serious, should be easily resolved. The ball is in Anthropic’s court.

I take Cialis, but not for sex. It’s actually a longevity medicine. Cialis (Tadalafil) is great for the same reason it gives you fantastic erections… it improves blood flow. Studies show that Tadalafil… + 34% reduced all-cause mortality + 27% reduced major heart disease + 34% reduced stroke + 32% reduced dementia It has also shown benefit in insulin sensitivity, metabolic health, and reduction of body fat. Women have blood vessels too, so theoretically they'd get the same longevity upside. The research is thinner, but early signals are promising. It’s sad that when men and women could benefit from it can miss out because it’s taboo. My protocol is 5mg daily and I've been on it for about two years. *Observational research shows associations, not causation. Outcomes may be influenced by underlying differences in study populations. This is not medical advice and is shared for informational purposes only.

@Qazulight @PeptideBase retatrutide improves mitochondrial function and triggers mitochondrial biogenesis (the creation of new mitochondria), which is central to how it burns fat. So, it actively rebuilds your cellular energy infrastructure: youtu.be/_9q0f6c-S64?si…

If your goal is building muscle (or preserving it while getting lean), Retatrutide is significantly better than Tirzepatide. AKA EAT MORE FOOD THAN YOU THINK YOU CAN. *****Here’s why the triple agonist beats the dual agonist when MUSCLE is the priority***** The Glucagon Advantage-beating a dead horse Tirzepatide = GLP-1 + GIP Retatrutide = GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon The addition of glucagon receptor agonism is the game changer. Glucagon increases energy expenditure and promotes fat breakdown while being more muscle-sparing than pure GLP-1 agonism. Better Body Recomposition- Because Retatrutide ramps up metabolic rate more AGGRESSIVELY you can often eat MORE food while still losing fat. More food = more nutrients and amino acids available for muscle growth and recovery. Tirzepatide is excellent at fat loss, but it tends to be more catabolic on muscle when calories get too low. Lean Mass Retention- Early data and real-world use show that Retatrutide generally preserves (and in some cases supports) lean mass better than Tirzepatide during aggressive fat loss phases. The glucagon effect appears to help counteract some of the muscle loss commonly seen with strong GLP-1 drugs. Nutrient Partitioning & Training- Retatrutide’s higher energy expenditure can improve how your body partitions nutrients — directing more toward muscle when you’re training hard, especially when stacked with things like TRT and HGH. This makes it more “recomp-friendly” than Tirzepatide for people who want to get lean while building or maintaining muscle. Bottom line: • Fat loss only → Tirzepatide is still very strong. • Fat loss + muscle building/preservation → Retatrutide is clearly superior right now.

Real Peptides
Real Peptides@realpeptides·
Retatrutide's liver data is unlike anything we've seen from a weight loss drug: - 86% liver fat reduction at 48 weeks, most of it within the first 24 weeks - 93% of patients achieved completely normal liver fat levels For context, tirzepatide reduces liver fat by 45–57%. One in three adults has fatty liver disease and most don't know it. The reason for this is retatrutide's glucagon receptor. It tells the liver directly to burn its stored fat, not just reduce calories coming in.

@metabolic_print So, Reta could do something in order to restore the metabolic health of body, and in this way have a positive effect on hair?

Plenty of men with low DHT still lose their hair, even though DHT is focused on as 'the cause'. Hair loss was never about how much DHT you have. The men losing it fastest often have normal, sometimes low, blood DHT. Intracellular DHT is necessary for hair loss, but the hormone is crucially NOT the disease. The follicle makes its OWN DHT, and does not really care about the levels in your blood. The DHT inside a follicle runs about ten times higher than the level in your bloodstream. A metabolically stressed follicle makes even more. Under stress, the cell ramps up its antioxidant defense, and the molecule it runs on to do that (NADPH) is the exact cofactor the enzyme needs to build DHT. The more stressed the tissue, the more DHT it makes locally, no matter how low your blood reads. So even that local DHT increase is just the output of a tissue trying to defend itself heavily. The hair follicle is one of the most energy-hungry tissues your body builds. It divides as fast as your gut lining, runs dominantly on sugar, and tears itself down and rebuilds every few years. Hair is just the most visible part of your body that fails when the body struggles metabolically. The same DHT signal a healthy follicle handles easily will destroy a metabolically starved one. And in a world of crushed metabolic health (backwards cortisol rhythms, wrecked mitochondria, low thyroid) that energy crisis builds in the tissue over years. I mapped the whole mechanism in The Hair Loss Bible, link in reply.

And the worst part is that DHT (the hormone blamed for baldness) is probably lower in young men today than it was in previous generations. So maybe the question isn’t just “what causes hair loss?” Maybe we should ask what changed so radically between our lifestyle and theirs. We are a generation spending most of the day indoors, under artificial light, staring at screens, barely exposed to morning sun or real daylight.

I am failing at customer service today. I got annoyed at a customer who asked to return peptides because they changed their mind. No decent vendor is going to resell peptides that are returned after a package is opened. We don’t get credit card fees back. Or shipping fees back. Had to tighten up my terms of service on the website to make it more clear. I feel bad. I didn’t handle the best.

GHK-Cu is a game-changer in my feminine stack 🔥 2016 double-blind, placebo-controlled study: 45 men with hair loss used topical GHK peptide (combined with 5-ALA). After 6 months, the treatment group grew ~72 extra hairs per cm² vs placebo. What’s wild? It wasn’t even pure GHK-Cu. This naturally occurring copper peptide boosts blood flow, reduces follicle inflammation, and prolongs the growth phase. Super promising for hair regrowth. More studies needed! #GHKCu #HairGrowth #PeptideStack
