@Taskrabbit I booked a Tasker around 11pm on Monday 6/16 for Wednesday at 12:30pm. I canceled around midnight the same day (Tuesday 6/17) before he confirmed the task. I’m trying to book someone else the app says I owe for that canceled task.

Shout out to @Taskrabbit for their tasker cancelling last second and yet they still charged my credit card any way when they said they wouldn’t.

@Taskrabbit fraudulent quoting of rates. Nobody responds on chat and calls say 8 minutes wait time but 40 minutes plus plus and nobody comes on line. Clear cheating is NOT acceptable

Wow. @Taskrabbit customer service is such a joke. A whole day later still getting emails about their high volume and no response. No wonder the tasker didn’t care he was late. He gets paid anyway.

@taskrabbit_help I’ve been told that my account has been suspended, even though I have proof of multiple conversations with Taskrabbit support that the fee was waived, as well as a credit in my account. Your support won’t stop harassing me to pay now and are ignoring me.

@Taskrabbit @duolingo I actively tried to contact you from the beginning. But I always get a reply from the robot. I'm so disappointed. I hope you have someone to contact me. I sent countless emails and waited for a robot reply. It's only partially damaged. I can't upload more damage here.

@TaskRabbit @taskrabbit_help I have been on hold for over 20 minutes on chat and phone with zero response. My Tasker is supposed to fix a crooked TV mount at 12 p.m., but the chat is disabled. If I don’t receive help immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

@taskrabbit_help Help@taskrabbit.com DOES NOT HELP!!! I had IKEA furniture delivered(via Dolly in March & they broke my mailbox and damaged my walls. Was promised compensation & asked to sign up as a Vendor with my W9, which I did even though I am not a vendor. Still no $$ yet
