@JRudd_Scout @USABaseball Could you clarify your comment on arm care. I apologize but I’m not aware of what you’re referencing and would love additional context.
English

USA Baseball is responsible for everything wrong w/ the sport. I said it years ago when doing the controversial research on Arm Care & I'll say it again now. Fact are facts. @USABaseball is not the organization any of us should rely on for the future of our sport.

@LandonTengwall Landon, who would you consider the top 5 OL coaches in the country right now? What are your thoughts of Joe Rudolph at ND? Thanks in advance.
English

Offensive line development has gone by the wayside. OL coaches are the number one offenders of not adapting to the game. So many OL coaches don’t even understand basic rules of acceleration (shin angles, stabbing your foot underneath your hip, driving in the opposite direction you want to go). The sad part is many OL coaches actually coach their players out of being athletes in the Run Game

"I don't see them moving people... offensive line play is as soft as I've seen in college football." @davidpollack47 pulling no punches talking about current OL play in CFB 👀

@SportsTalkDrew What does conditioning have to do with an ACL tear, a labrum tear or a 300 lb dude falling on an ankle? You want him to practice more drills where they throw heavy weight on people’s ankles?
If it’s so simple why can’t you give a simple explanation w/o calling someone a retard.
English

@tborg3 none of them were conditioned well enough to avoid injury retard. three starters would be understandable & acceptable. nine is not. this isnt complicated. pretty simple concept.
English

@SportsTalkDrew Go down the list of injuries. What one of those 9 is attributed to poor strength and conditioning?
English

@SportsTalkDrew Do you have an understanding of science based training and how it works or are you just shooting ideas off your hip? This is what I went to school for and do for a living.
Go down that entire list of injuries and you tell me which one is the result of poor S&C.
English

@tborg3 Injuries happen. Half of your starters getting injured doesnt happen. Not by coincidence anyway. Landow has had injury problems his entire career as a strength coach, going back to Denver.
English

@DavePrichard Dave could you send me a message. I am interested in learning more

Has become a huge staple of our program. Hard practice = Easy game Pressure makes diamonds 💎

Sharing an intrasquad framework we used recently to create game-like pressure, reward execution, and force situational thinking. Built-in count advantages, baserunner scenarios, and consequences for execution/non-execution. Simple tweaks like this can completely change practice

@wischlist Are you excited he’s leaving because of his lack of development of the DB position or his struggles as a play caller as DC? There is proof that Henry is good at developing DBs which is what he’s being asked to do at ND. Thus the reason we’re excited. Why shouldn’t we be excited?

@SoFlSportsGuy33 @J5_Sports1 I know they don’t really do school at Miami but last I checked, 92 is higher than 89.
English

@J5_Sports1 Miami’s average rating is higher lol.

The college football transfer portal team rankings are so funny.
Almost every school in the top 25 is bringing in an army of portal players while Notre Dame is just sitting there at 11 with 7 commits.
Quality >> Quantity in the portal
Notre Dame is one of the few programs that still develops and retains the majority of the players they recruit.

@PeteSampson_ @miketirico We had to go from the goat @miketirico to Jason Garrett. Talk about an unfortunate series of events.
English

@secnumbersguy You are the last guy to talk about inflated rankings and inflated resumes. That’s the entire basis of the SEC the last 3 years.
English

@SinCityDuck @Genetics56 That doesnt change the fact that USC chose the B10. USC wasn’t forced into doing it.
And the basis of those choices were because of money.
So now USCs screaming about the travel and problems as a result of that decision.
Accept the consequences and reality of your decision.
English

@tborg3 @Genetics56 None of teams that left dying pac regret it

USC has a loaded schedule. We already knew that, but the way this occurs shows how loaded it is.
What concerns me is going to Rutgers and then having to play Oregon the next week and Washington right after that and then having to go out to Penn State. That will be a very difficult stretch. They will need to be able to handle the trip out east successfully so it doesn't derail over the next 3 games.
OR, WA, and PSU have winning conference records the last 2 seasons. Thus, if they can go that stretch with a 2-1 record, that will set them up well for their games against Wisconsin and then Ohio State. They then have Indiana up next.
And they have to go to Indiana. They have to take 2 trips out to the far eastern part of our country (PA, NJ) before we hit the middle of October.
I don't want to get into the whole "if they finish with 2 or 3 losses they are in the CFP" stuff but man, with that schedule, on paper going into the season, a 2 loss season is a lock to the CFP.
They have 5 conference games against teams with a winning conference record the last 2 seasons and 5 teams from conference play that made a bowl game last season.
With USC vs OSU being at USC, that will most likely be a CBS game.
They don't have Michigan or Iowa this season, which will help.
For USC to have a successful season, they will need to be able to win conference games on the road.

English

@USC_Athletics The humor in this. We don’t usually sell out but we think we have a few good games this year so you might want to get tickets early. 😂😂
lol the coliseum will still be half empty most of the time.
English

Expecting some sellouts next season.
Make sure you get your tickets early.

@BrooksAustinBA How could the additions of Francis Brewu and Tionne Gray on the interior DL impact ND next season.
English

@cfbtalk07 @dawgsfan2 @walkonmoose Where. Show me where. I havnt heard it it anywhere else at the volume it happens at UGA.
I’m not saying Kirby is making the decisions for the kids and I’m not saying he’s encouraging it. But what is he doing to discourage it or prevent it?
