Traverse City Central dominated from start to finish, never trailing in the game and leading by as many as 19 points at 61-42, on their way to a victory. The Trojans passed the ball well with 15 assists on 22 made baskets. Kylie Ball (9 points), Kasen Kitzmiller (6 points), and Christie McCrumb (2 points) helped out Traverse City Central Varsity Trojans as well. Traverse City Central Varsity Trojans will travel to Petoskey for their next game on Tuesday.

Sienna Slack scored 15 points to lead Traverse City Central Varsity Trojans past Traverse City West, 44-33, on Tuesday at Traverse City West High School. Trailing 8-3, the Trojans went on an 18-point run to take the lead. The Trojans had a strong first half, leading 25-11 at halftime and never looked back, securing the victory. Kasen Kitzmiller led the team with 15 rebounds. Lorelai Zielinski (10 points), Kitzmiller (9 points), Kylie Ball (6 points), Halle Rose (2 points), and Christie McCrumb (2 points) helped out by scoring as well.

Traverse City Central Junior Varsity Trojans lost to Petoskey, 49-44, on Tuesday at Traverse City Central High School. Julia Brady scored 18 points and grabbed 16 rebounds racking up a double-double. The Trojans bested Petoskey 15-8 in the third quarter, their strongest of the game. TTC controlled the paint, grabbing 30 rebounds. Brady led the team with 16 rebounds. Eden Kitzmiller (6 points), Sade Gunn (5 points), Halle Mattiuzzo (4 points), Emily McCoon (4 points), Cameryn Lambert (3 points), Haidyn Hartley (2 points), and Maicy Herron (2 points) also pitched in for Traverse City.

The TCC Varsity couldn't quite finish off a comeback against Cadillac, falling 40-33 on Friday at Cadillac High School. Kylie Ball was the teams leading scorer putting up 13 points in the effort. The Trojans found their groove in the third quarter, outscoring Cadillac 17-11 shooting 7-10. Ball hit two threes for Traverse City Central Varsity Trojans. Zielinski and Slack each collected five rebounds to lead the Trojans on the glass. Additional scorers for Traverse City Central Varsity Trojans included Slack (10 points), Zielinski (5 points), Bird (3 points), and McCrumb (2 points). Next up for TCC is Sault Ste. Marie on Thursday.

JV Game recap from Friday Night at Cadillac: The JV Trojans never trailed in their 39-25 victory over Cadillac on Friday at Cadillac High School. Brady scored 13 points to lead the team in scoring. The Trojans got out to a 20-13 lead at halftime before closing out the victory. Leading 30-23, TCJV went on a 9-point run to pull further away. The girls had a great day shooting from inside the arc, finishing 16-26 on two, rebounded the ball well, collecting 28 rebounds. Brady led the team with eight rebounds. The team racked up 14 assists on 17 made baskets. McCoon (9 points), Lambert (6 points), Curran (5 points), Kitzmiller (4 points), and Gunn (2 points) also pitched in for Traverse City. Traverse City Central Junior Varsity Trojans plays at home on Thursday against Sault Ste. Marie in their next game.
