Our NBC News Decision Desk poll asked Gen Z adults (18-29 years old) what they consider important to a successful life. The combination of gender and politics produced two very different sets of priorities:














As an expert on settlements, I'd love someday to see the dull documentary about the law-abiding* (domestic, not int'l) suburbanites who built themselves condos and playgrounds and commute to their high-tech jobs, with a dash of the immigrant enclaves and the back-to-the-land folks playing the bongos. Settler terrorism is terrible and increasing, hard-core politics are a real problem, YES, but if you want to talk about the 10-15% extremists, fine, but you just keep treading the same ground -- and it doesn't say anything about the 40% economic settlers, the 25% haredi (also economic) settlers, the declining market-share of 20% normie national-religious settlers, the 450,000-550,000 folks (depending on where you count territorially) there for 5 decades+. Let's talk about the real story -- the story of the demographic, economic, generational, and political change and why THAT matters. Or we can just keep making the same documentary over and over that doesn't really say anything about how we'll ever get to a 2-state solution:
