@thisaintitmaybe i hit 185lbs like 3 days ago and then binged so ik im not actually 194lbs. i’ve lost 14lbs in 2 weeks fasting so ik if i fast enough, exercise enough, and cut out the super caloric foods then getting under 500-1,000cal a day is easy peasy
