Organizers with #FreeDC pointed out that deployment has been extended to end of November, and the admin wants to push it til 2026, meaning everyone deployed would not get to spend the holidays with their families.

Today’s hearing is for a lawsuit filed by @DCAttorneyGen that alleges the deployment illegally uses military force domestic law enforcement and has sent them without the District’s consent.
