3 years building a SaaS taught me this: • Google Ads lose money for ~1 month, then they scale • If you don’t solve a real pain, nothing else matters • 1-minute onboarding to “magic” massively boosts conversion • Recurring revenue beats everything long-term • You don’t need an audience to make real numbers Need to work on the hard part now: killing churn with more value, stickiness, and real switching costs.

here is the power of being a solopreneur: I'm in talks with a big enterprise customer for ConvertHub they want to automate file conversions in their workflow I was missing a feature... so I built and shipped it between two of his emails 😄 the guy went from first email to working integration in a single day let's see if they will convert to paid 🤞
