We are a little backlogged with updates but PHARO is a #PoundHounder!
Another day another victim of housing. At three years old he ended up at the New York Animal Care Centers with a future unknown.
He had typical GSD behavior at the shelter (they do very badly in shelters ) and resorted to all he undesirable demeanors: hard barking, long stares, leash biting and the usual.
We are very optimistic that this guy's future will turn around with a new experienced GSD foster now in the roster of PHR.
