over the last couple of days, i did a marathon 7 hour Twitter space, a townhall, and had many intense conversations over many important topics, including team formation, motivation of individuals n comms consistency. certainly, we have quite a contrarian approach to these things, and i apologize for not having explained these things previously, and I tried to do so accordingly over the past sessions and I think it was quite helpful in getting to a common ground. regardless of the vote, I realize there’s gonna be a lot of misalignment if there is no common understanding of how we approach and intend to approach these things moving forward. over the next couple of days, i’ll try to put these in words our general philsophy and will do one more session over the weekend to chat with anyone who’s interested or want to discuss anything else. looking forward!
