Gypsies were banned from every pub in my area growing up—not because of ‘who’ they are but because they’re incapable of behaving like normal human beings.
They’re a shining example of how assimilation is a complete myth. They’ve been in Europe for centuries and haven’t integrated. They teach their children to steal from as young as 3 years old, have the highest unemployment rate of any community, and marry off their own from 12 years old.

In Saudi Arabia, nearly 1 in 3 gym users are on steroids
Study (PMID: 32257419) of 482 male gym users in Riyadh found 29.3% reported lifetime steroid use. Mean age 27, with higher use in those over 25. Use was more common in weightlifters (45.5% vs 28.1%).
After adjustment, the strongest associations were use of supplements or special diets (OR 7.8), knowing someone who uses steroids (OR 7.5), being offered steroids (OR 2.26), and weightlifting (OR 1.93). Education, awareness, and income were not independently significant.
Model AUC 0.88, accuracy 82.3%. Pattern shows steroid use is strongly linked to exposure inside gym networks rather than isolated individual behavior.

You don't need an arm day. Biceps and triceps are small muscles. They get damaged easily. Blast them with dedicated volume and they spend the next three days recovering instead of growing. Better: 2 sets each, tacked onto the end of upper body days, twice a week. 4 weekly sets. More frequency. Less damage. More growth. You're not undertrained. You're overcomplicating it.
