I hacked the engine out of comfyUI's image-to-3d to utilize llama.cpp and now it can run quantized models and this workflow is down to 4g of VRAM. You're paying $400 a month in meshy credits for something you can run on a GPU from 2018.

I locked myself in a room for 48 hours and didn't let myself leave until I had 3D meshes that rivaled meshy running on 12gb of VRAM. LET HIM COOK.😤

I'm locking in nobody speak to me for 72 hours I will have the wildest tech demo for you on Wednesday. I think I found the missing piece for this app.

I have things running in the browser with threeJS that proprietary game engines wont build for another 3 years. If you are a particularly prideful and talented engineer who doesn't like begging for work you can just self fund a billion dollar startup now.

I'm shipping a fully integrated emulator for abandonware that plays on a 2D screen inside these 3D prompted digital worlds, the entire project after this merge will be ~250,000 lines of javascript. A game within a game. Long Live Gamegear.🎮⚙️

we have hung out and got a full demo of quddit. actually mad insane a single person built all of this. prompt to game, multiplayer, custom editor, water, l system trees, impostors... games that work. very cool shit.

Guys I got the threeJS outputs of my model to be fucking unreal. This prompt is 4 words. "3D voxel, snow cabin." Behind the scenes, it takes the user intent and generates an text-to-image prompt on the fly for a 2D reference image that Gemini then uses to code the 3D art.
