Hey @Autoglass just to say have a word with a Geordie bloke(aged around 40-50ish) phone operator answered my call about 5:05pm today… absolute idiot! Really unhelpful and so obtuse! The guy shouldn’t be anywhere near the words customer and service, he put the phone down on me!
