@Autoglass @Insurance_Post Please do NOT use this company. They do SUB standard work and then never get back to you when you make a complaint. They are awful!!! I’ve been transferred from one person to another to now on a line that I’m on hold for, for over 30 minutes now!!!

@Autoglass My son has had several appointments cancelled (engineer gone sick!) Call centre promise a manager will call back never do, been waiting months to sort out a cracked windscreen. Interestingly a friend of mine is now getting similar treatment from them! @BBCWatchdog

@Autoglass please can you explain how it takes, at best, 3 weeks from my initial call to have the rear windscreen on one of the UKs most common cars replaced.? I’ve just had a call saying my first appointment after 1 1/2 weeks is cancelled, which was already far too long!

@lv @lv windscreen insurance is ridiculous, @Autoglass is the only approved supplier and currently earliest fitting date is in April! @NatWindscreens can fit in 3 days, but I have to pay £200 extra to use a non approved supplier. Completely unreasonable and a safety risk.
