The rubber windscreen seal is degraded, I thought I'd ring a company. I've not found a company that will just replace the rubber seal.

Has now been ongoing since January. My confirmed repair appointment on 4 March passed without the repair being carried out and despite escalating the complaint to senior management and being told @autoglassr84887

I booked a windscreen replacement on 27 Jan and was quoted £586.36 for OEM glass. My confirmed appointment for 4 March was moved to 20 March without my consent and the price

@lv @lv windscreen insurance is ridiculous, @Autoglass is the only approved supplier and currently earliest fitting date is in April! @NatWindscreens can fit in 3 days, but I have to pay £200 extra to use a non approved supplier. Completely unreasonable and a safety risk.

@Autoglass folks! How’s it acceptable that a windscreen which requires replacing as per your online form then has an appointment lead time of 1 month!! This isn’t acceptable and as the only car in my household I need this completing sooner

@Autoglass time estimates suck. Told to expect the guy to be with me 1:15-3:40. Call them at 4:15 and they say he will be with me in 10 minutes. Get a message from him at 4:37 to say he’ll be here in 20 minutes. Still 5 minutes away as I write this at 4:58. Do better.

@Autoglass @Hyundai_UK new windscreen needed, see video, doing 70mph in my Ioniq5 and massive crack appears, amazingly it didn’t cave in and I managed to drive home to Leeds from Birmingham, but at auto glass leeds getting it fixed, update afterwards and some advice for others.

Booked car window screen replacement for today. Waited all day. Chased up to be told Cancelled last minute. Have to wait for another week. No priority appointment nothing. So another week its going to cost me due to this shoddy company. Appalling

Horrific service from @Autoglass this morning which, reading their replies isn't exactly out of the blue. Days of reminders about my 1030am appointment, told no appointment on arrival because they have clearly overbooked. No explanation offered other than, it's the system

@Autoglass despite numerous emails confirming that you’d attend my mothers address this morning, my mother is still waiting! After a 20 minute hold on the phone she was told they’re still waiting for the part!! I had email on Sunday saying the part was on its way! Will they come?

@Autoglass not impressed with your workmanship which has left me with an unusable car as road noise and moisture are getting in through a bad seal. I was better off with the cracked windscreen that you replaced. Shoddy.

I’m going to have to insist @Autoglass change the jingle. I’m on my 4th appointment and you still can’t get the right glass to the right place at the right time.
Autoglass don’t repair, Autoglass don’t replace.

Now had completely smashed windscreen since b4 xmas. 2 x appointments cancelled by @Autoglass & still no one come back me with appointment other than 20 jan...over a month since problem reported. Totally unacceptable esp as daughter has test in car coming up. Water now in car too
