5/ And on the Strait of Hormuz, they had NO PLAN. I can't go into more detail about how Iran gums up the Strait, but suffice it say, right now, they don't know how to get it safely back open.
Which is unforgiveable, because this part of the disaster was 100% foreseeable.

I hate this website when we’re all looking at fuzzy videos of someone getting shot because, like, it’s obviously hard to tell what’s going on but the temptation is to be like “PROOF!”
So while stopping short of “proof,” I gotta say: that video looks pretty fucking bad to me

Alex Pretti, the man killed by federal agents today in Minneapolis. appears to have been a registered nurse, an athlete, a son and a brother, with ties to Colorado and Wisconsin.

If the man dies, this is murder. There’s no possible legal rationale for backing up and firing multiple shots into a man who’s lying flat on the ground.
There’s no ambiguity here. Those shots are to kill, not to stop a threat.
