House Democrats tell me there are rumblings about a sizable jailbreak in favor of the Massie amendment despite Jeffries' opposition. A member who estimated this AM there would be ~40 yes votes now thinks it'll be closer to 80. Another tells me it could break 100.

Here’s Jeffries’ full dear colleague letter on the Massie amendment. He adds at the end that a “meaningful change in direction is needed” after the 2016 U.S.-Israel MOU expires this year. Any future MOU, he says “should adhere to our human rights laws and values”
