You know this..." Me: "I think your Dad should do it. I think it would be the greatest honor, love, and respect if your daddy did the pin with you." Her: (tears) "Really? You're not mad? Are you sure? I dont want to hurt your feelings. I love you so much." Me: No, baby. Your daddy had a hard life and came from Cuba. Communism was really hard, and he came to America and made something of himself. I think this would be a beautiful moment between you both if he did. Plus... I am an expert at photography and video. I wouldn't want somebody else to mess up recording this moment between daddy and daughter." Her: "I love you, Mama." I wouldn't want anybody else but her dad to give her that pin. She is the first to graduate college and with a nursing degree. I'm so incredibly grateful for my husband and my children. Their love is my whole world. Feeling blessed. ❤️❤️❤️
