.@stwater โusuallyโ does not inspire me with an abundance of confidence! How will I tell if it *is* something to worry about? Mild nausea? Gastric paralysis? Cholera?
.@crisis_uk hey - you need to sort out QC testing on your webpage - Iโve tried on three occasions now to donate to the Christmas appeal and itโs just failing on every attempt, a week apart. Using an iPhone 16 and Chrome. 1st year Iโve not managed to help out, unless you fix it.
.@officialronnies hey guys - weโre in London over the first weekend of August. We always love the Sunday lunch show but I donโt see any acts confirmed yet - will you be open, or should we plan something else?
@EastMidRailway So why wasnโt pass through organised? I was travelling on a first class open return - I should have been able to use it. LNER were not aware of todayโs engineering works. Fault lies somewhere - and itโs not with me!
.@EastMidRailway why when you knew there were engineering works on the MML this weekend have you not organised pass-through with LNER? Train manager on the 17:18 to Grantham is wanting me to buy a new first class ticket.
@EastMidRailway So why have I been asked to buy a new ticket? The one I had stated EMR only and as such wasnโt accepted on LNER today. I shall be complaining in writing.
@xanlam There would be no reason for us to inform LNER as this isn't an agreement made between TOC's, it is a network rail blockade, which is advertised via all media outlets. We do appreciate your feedback. ^DJ
@EastMidRailway But they say that no such arrangement is in place today and they know nothing about the engineering works. I knew in advance that if I travelled on my open return today I would need to travel on LNER - would have been good to tell them perhaps?
@xanlam Hello, unfortunately ticket acceptance is not arranged when engineering works are taking place as these are planned events. If you have a flexible ticket, then you are, of course, able to travel via any reasonable route. Advance singles are for specific train operators. ^DJ
@terrychristian Donโt recall why, but was sent home winter 78-79 from primary school as a 5 year old because they couldnโt access heating oil. Both parents worked, my 11 year-old sister had to look after me! Remember it vividly as homework was given around learning to tell the time. Ahhh bliss!
@terrychristian Remember IMF - ?? Power strikes and was it 3 day weeks? Well done Labour in 1970โs inflation hit what 25%+ top rate โ well done Labour.
.@Sonos This app roll-out has to be the biggest mistake youโve ever made - bigger even than the way you announced dropping support for older devices a few years ago. Latest issue - Where are playlists? Suggestion: Why not get the app fully tested and ready before deployment?
.@YuanqingYang Dear Mr Yang, I am frustrated by your companyโs inability to issue me a replacement for a faulty product before the old one is returned. My low-value new keyboard does not function as it should, but returning it before replacement is not an option. Pls investigate
@DrEilidhMaria Not sure I know too many plumbers on ยฃ130k a year (ยฃ75 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, 46 weeks per year). I do know many consultants on well over that amount, even just on NHS time. That said, I do support a fair raise for jnr doctors.
