@zchdev building your own dialogue tool is one of those 'this will take a week' tasks that takes a month but you end up with exactly what you need. the pixel art looks clean too โ€” what made you go custom over something like Yarn Spinner?

Dialogue is stored as a .txt so that the Godot file explorer scans it, and parsed. I also made a quick lang config so its more readable. Text is all placeholder for now
