David Stearns has done a lot of amazing things throughout this organization that most fans probably don’t even realize but his Big League roster transactions have been pretty shit results wise since 2024 ended if we are being honest.
At some point soon that needs to change.

Nimmo was significantly underrated for many years and then became significantly overrated when he stopped taking his walks. With Diaz he was one of my two favorite Mets....

I am sorry, the Mets fan base is what is embarrassing. Nothing that this team does on the field will usurp how lame this fan base is. A good chunk is uneducated about the game and as emotional as a high school teenager. Dark days with the fans - not sure it’s fixable

I love the fact that Mets fans are realizing how toxic this fan base is.
Is the toxicity from the Mets fanbase hurting the players? I'd say no that's not happening.
But it's important that we are all aware that we need to chill out. It's just exhausting. Be rational folks. We aren't like those fans in the Bronx.

As the days go by on this app it becomes more and more evident that clearly we might have one of the worst if not the worst fan base in all of baseball. It's really embarrassing how toxic some fans are with some of the lowest IQs out there. The Mets fans need to do better
