Loophole lawyer accused Brian Higgins of killing John O’Keefe once again today.

Let’s address the absurdity of Karen Read’s mouthpieces and the FKR crowd, who ignore the prosecution’s medical expert testimony while elevating Dr. Laposata to some kind of ultimate authority—despite the fact that her testimony was, frankly, embarrassing. Their favorite talking point—“medical examiners proved John O’Keefe’s injuries were inconsistent with a vehicle collision”—is simply ridiculous. It echoes the classic “but science proved…” line. Yes—science did prove: the Lexus reversed at 74% throttle, accelerated to 24 mph, and traveled 87 feet without braking. All of this occurred in the seconds before John’s phone recorded its last movement—and never moved again—facts the defense did not refute, among many others established by science. But that’s a topic for another video. They also conveniently ignore how clipping or sideswipe impacts create very different injury patterns compared to a full, direct hit. John O’Keefe’s death was not caused by a full, direct vehicle impact—which would be expected to produce predictable major fractures from complete energy transfer. Instead, the blunt force trauma resulted from the fall caused by a glancing blow, not from the vehicle contact itself. A sideswipe or glancing impact can impart limited momentum—often just enough to disrupt balance and cause a pedestrian to spin, stumble, or fall backward. Such contact rarely causes major fractures because full energy is not transferred. Rather, the fatal or severe injuries typically result from the secondary impact: the head striking hard ground, a curb, or ice during the fall. Every motor vehicle–pedestrian collision is unique, with countless variables at play. To assert that John O’Keefe’s injuries could not have resulted from a motor vehicle strike is a deliberate distortion that ignores the totality of the evidence. As James Tuxbury and Chris Mattei, the attorneys representing Jennifer McCabe, Brian Albert, Colin Albert, and Brian Higgins made clear in their press release, the investigation into the relentless defamation campaign against these innocent witnesses is ongoing. I am calling on both @LawyerYouKnow and @MegynKellyShow to retract and correct the false and malicious statement made in the video below by Peter Tragos on Megyn Kelly's show. During the December 2025 show Tragos told host Megyn Kelly that there was a group text between the witnesses who were at 34 Fairview in the early morning hours when John O'Keefe was killed that stated they were going to "pin it on the girl". No such text between the witnesses exists. Tragos had inappropriately lifted a line from Alan Jackson's closing and attributed it to the witnesses to give the appearance the witnesses "framed" Karen Read. Tragos' statement was a blatant and defamatory lie told to a national audience. The video currently has over 100,000 views.
