So… here's a podcast that I was anxious, but also curious to listen to since I saw it was out this morning. Typically, Adam talks about cooking, and all things related to that, though he doesn't shy away from talking about the social, historical, and political context.

This one has very little to do with food, but the compassionate, validating way he talks about gender-nonconforming existence, is far better than anything I've heard from any of the leftist pundits. Now excuse me while I go sob into my pillow. youtu.be/En41eZMRcM8

@koniiiik The way he talks, kind but firm, to me as a person... I feel .... like I'm not doing so bad, like I'm on right track with how I try to learn, try to understand and I am so greatful of my family - by blood and heart - you all make me a better person.
