bots can now use Discord's Search Guild Messages API endpoint! while getting it ready for public use, I fixed some long-standing issues and added new search functionality!

@advaithj1 amazing features that exist in the api that inexplicably do not exist in the client! mentions_role_id, mention_everyone, replied_to_user_id, replied_to_message_id, link_hostname, attachment_filename, attachment_extension pls add!

@lolpython the last 3 do exist in the client as linkFrom, fileName, and fileType :) more later prob

@lolpython I don't think they ever were, and they were broken for many years until I fixed them lol. will try adding them to the filters ui at some point
