@ode2trees oh that is so relatable. the week before nashville i was in a constant panic — unfortunately my body couldn’t tell the difference between fun and fear! 😭 “all of it” is so real. even songs that weren’t my fave (zissou & brotherly hate) were stunners live. i’m so excited for you!

@mizbizsav my body can't either, i sent this msg last week re: hayley tour. i had a friend that was so confident and golden retriever coded and he told me that anxiety and excitement feels the same, you just gotta trick the brain to think so too. easier said than done 🥴
