Yes if I owned property that was vacant and no one lived in, id let my neighbors use the driveway on a special occasion when they have people over.

These neighbors park their cars in the other neighbor's driveway. Then they get mad when he asks them to move their cars, to the point you see in this video. It's hard to believe it's so difficult to understand why that would be a problem for anyone.
