Military era was like a bulk for him and since he was in the artillery unit he was manually loading artillery shells. Those shells are heavy and unlike gym weights they are awkward to carry which means you end up developing those smaller stabilizer muscles in the back/delts

@Iittlefairyjm i have also thought of this reason why Choo couldn't yet associate Mimi or Minnie-chan whatev cutesy nicknames AT THAT FIRST MEETING because jm has that type of aura. Choo is a professional MMA fighter and he knew how to read that in people like that's his default mode.
