── since your debut, you must have been receiving a lot of attention every day. are there any memorable episodes? and how do you take those experiences?
🐶: around the time we finished promoting our 1st ep, i went back to my hometown. i was walking around outside thinking no one would recognize me, but at a shop someone said, “are you keonho from cortis?” that was a really strange experience. also, i was really happy when senior artists filmed challenge videos using our songs or complimented our music.
── recently, is there any music you’ve been listening to often or a movie that left an impression on you?
🐶: this is actually my first time coming to japan, and i’ve always had this dream of listening to city pop in japan. i tried listening to it while riding in a car, and it was really good.
── how do you come across inspiration for new music or fashion?
🐶: sometimes we film the five of us just playing around and end up using that footage directly in our music videos. other times, we turn funny conversations we’ve had into lyrics. the things i enjoy in everyday life are my biggest source of inspiration. walking around the city or just riding in a car also inspires me.

keonho ── as the group’s maknae (youngest), you often take charge of planning and organizing concepts. do you ever feel conscious of the age difference?
🐶: when someone needs to represent the group or take action, i sometimes use my “maknae privilege” and say, “hyung, please do it”, asking james or martin instead. but in our team, we don’t really think much about who is older or younger in daily life. when we’re creating something, we can all openly share our honest opinions, and i think that’s a really good thing.
