I think the most glaring issue that arose with Produce-like survival shows is how disposable they make idols out to be. Companies will have a group for a year or two then create another group through a show, putting their existing group on the back burner. It's a vicious cycle.

I hope Jun gets to do the same someday. I don't want to see him keep sacrificing his own opportunities or lose out on because of his company's lack of support. I just want him to be able to choose what's best for his career and happiness, with the people around him supporting
