Fundera på om $STRC kan vara rätt för dig. Utdelning varje månad, 11,5% utdelning per år. Kursen är aktivt styrd mot att hållas vid $100 USD. Utdelningsnivån är variabel, så om pref:en inte når riktmärket på $100 USD så kan den komma att höjas (var 9% när den lanserades, men har successivt höjts under året till 11,5%). Om den går över $100 USD så har de en kontinuerlig nyemission som kickar in. Den handlas för runt $300 MUSD per dag, så den är mycket likvid, så den risken är minimal. Däremot så har man valutarisken mot USD/SEK. Som alla värdepapper med utdelningar så dippar kursen lite vid x-datumet (15e varje månad), men återhämtar sig till före nästa x-datum. Så bra att kliva in i runt 16e och hålla minst en månad. Ofta så svänger den mellan $99 och $100,02 varje månadscykel. Effektiva utdelningen blir ju något högre än 11,5% om man köper den vid dippen, eftersom utdelningen är $11,50/12 per månad oavsett kurs. När den lanserades så var utdelningen 9% per år, men har höjts enligt mekanismen som förklaras i presentationen. Utöver vad som sägs i presentationen så har de meddelat att de inte har några planer närmsta 5-10 åren på att sänka utdelningen. @Engbl0m $STRC 11,5% utdelning per år, med utdelning varje månad. Aktivt styrd till att vara stabil vid $100. Svänger mellan 99 och 100 usd ungefär. Väldigt hög handelsvolym, så försumbar likviditetsrisk. Däremot har du ju usd/sek valutarisk.

Vad är det smartaste sättet att använda montrose belåning på utan att ta risk? Jag tänker att i framtiden borde det gå att belåna upp och sätta in på sparkonto för att tjäna mellanskillnaden?😅😂 Är räntefond det bästa alternativet idag? (Premium kund)

@colinbuh @STRC_live Possibly. They truly have a lot of options. Judging from the last earnings call, I got the impression that they now have a well weighed and thorough system for finding the most accretive (or at least risk reducing) execution in all kinds of trades they can do.

@022Panic @STRC_live Wouldn’t it be smarter to sell high cost basis bitcoin to fund the convert buyback, and use the strc atm to buy cheaper bitcoin? Overall net positive buyer on the week and get to enjoy a nice tax break on the “loss” from the high basis coins

Korrelationen mellan IQ och inkomst. Observera att graferna börjar runt IQ 90 (4 stanine) går upp till ca IQ 120 (7,5 stanine). Avkastningen på IQ blir högre ju mer IQ man har. Hur ämnar vänstern utjämna detta?

Grävde i det här, och nåt verkar fel... AP3 hade MSTR runt 2024, men sålde av hela innehavet under 2025. I senaste portföljsrapporten från december-25 så är innehavet nollat. Verkar vara en gammal nyhet som algoritmen snappat upp på något vis. Om det inte visar sig att det är ett nyköp, men har inte hittat några källor som styrker detta. Nästa portföljrapport kommer nästa månad. Annars har AP7 MSTR i portföljen också.

Strategy was changing the ex-div day from once a month to twice a month Strive is not changing the ex div day and only increasing the record dates from once a month to ~21 times per month

Ok, I see what's going on. It looks like Strive is keeping the X-date at once per month, and are just adding daily dividend record dates. So I guess in practice it means that you still need to hold it at the monthly X-date to get the following months worth of daily dividends. So I guess it is the X-date that they can't have too frequent.

STRC dividends need to go bi-daily now, or risk losing market share to SATA

The volume of $STRC traded in the ATM zone this week is roughly equal to the pre-dividend week in March. The following Monday, they announced that they bought over 22k BTC. Looking forward to an announcement of similar magnitude on Monday!
