@Christophe74732 @MrWhiteMAGA Actually, she cannot in this situation. The officer took her refusal to answer a question as reasonable doubt, and that is illegal. According to SCOTUS no constitutional right can be obscured into a suspicion of a crime. The officer ILLEGALLY tried to remove her.

If the United States has all of this extra oil to supply the rest of the world dependent on the Strait of Hormuz, then why have our gas prices risen by 80% over the past 30 days?

@nicksortor She’s talking about the jurisdiction argument. If you’re on US soil then you are under the jurisdiction of the US. There are specific exceptions in the 14th for some like ambassadors.
