This plain Jane is way too unremarkable to be complaining. Average at best. If boiled unseasoned chicken breast was a person.

Schools are removing analog clocks because students can’t read them. Aren’t schools supposed to teach these things? Can you read an analog clock? 🤔

Modern waitress from Tik Tok says a man she served left his number on the bill and her coworker informed her that he had a whole family. Do you think this girl should’ve stepped up to become his side B👱🏻‍♀️TCH or not⁉️👑

@RynoRaging It’s super simple. Grogu (Baby Yoda) is the only character that has made them massive money the past 5 years. Even with S3. I know! But I think that is their thought process. Unfortunately the show peaked with S2.

I know why they made it! Because Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy wouldn't shut up 3 to 4 months after they announced that she was doing the Rey movie and Disney Lucasfilm needed a distraction! So they announced this Mando movie and they got stuck with it, because the 3 movies the announced at that 2023 SWC went nowhere! LOL #DisneyStarWars is a joke! #TheMandalorianandGrogu

@BlackLabelAdvsr Oh I am sure there are people out there like this and also the exact opposite. All the time always. It still doesn’t mean that is the main problem here. Extra spending. Good try though!

Before they start lying to you: "The Mandalorian & Grogu" cost $166 million to make. Advertising and marketing likely added another $100–150 million for a total of $266–316 million. Distributors and theaters take 40-50% off the top. That means it needs to make roughly $530–630 million worldwide just to break even. And early reviews are dreadful: The Hollywood Reporter: “Just good enough to make you wish it were better." The Times: “The Mandalorian and Grogu review — it’s time to kill off Star Wars for good.” SlashFilm: “Star Wars has never felt duller or more mundane." Gizmodo: "The Mandalorian and Grogu is ultimately nothing more than a longer, better-looking, mid-tier episode of the show." Empire: “It feels like the least consequential Mandalorian chapter yet... It’s thinner than skimmed blue milk." Vulture: “Drab and stone-faced to a fault...Star Wars at its most lifeless." Associated Press: “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu" makes a clumsy big-screen debut.” And, it's sitting at a mixed 60% on Rotten Tomatoes... ...AND IT HASN'T EVEN OPENED YET! I can’t stop laughing🤣🤣🤣

@Rachel__Nichols Yeah. Announcers try to do this in every sport that is a blowout. They have been doing it for decades now.

9 times out of 10 when an announcer says "a double-digit lead isn't safe in the NBA these days," he's basically just trying to keep viewers watching until the end of the game, to protect ad revenue. This is the 1 out of 10.

Insane that this is what Star Wars has become. Yes, this is a real scene.

Saw #TheMandalorian Apologies to The Acolyte! But seriously, it’s sub kiddie level storytelling that’s so afraid of itself it vomits up nonstop action rather than share Netflix dialogue that repeats key themes Sigourney Weaver gives Razzie worthy turn One late scene is a DEI highlight reel This is a franchise on life support

@KevinLamb74 She got an intro from Luke & his Jedi novels. Leia trained Rey offscreen between TLJ & TROS. We see Rey run her training course. I’m ok with the training. The other stuff. Yeah far-fetched, but so is Maul surviving being sliced in half fallling down a shaft.

The Disney Sequel Trilogy wants the audience to believe that literally EVERYTHING that came before it was completely irrelevant. Because after everything that happened before, the galaxy still has a bigger Empire with MORE planet killing weapons (a whole fleet of them!) and an even MORE powerful Palpatine. And no journey or training of any kind is required to stop him, just any random person holding two lightsabers in front of him while being encouraged by "all the Jedi" until he blows himself up. That's what the whole Saga comes down to according to Disney. Show up. Hold your two lightsabers, receive affirmation until you get your participation trophy and then declare your new identity. The end.

Here's your harsh truth: Inflation isn't the problem. You just think you're entitled to every luxury. - You don't want to live in a 1000 sq ft house, it has to be 3000 sq ft - You need to drive a new car every 4 years - Vacation has to be at a nice hotel with room service - Dinner has to be Door Dashed because you're tired - I need a new iPhone every 18 months - Everyone goes to Disney World, so I deserve to as well No you don't. Make more money or be quiet. You're not entitled to eat out every day. Growing up, we ate out 2x a month, and it was a bag of burgers and a few large fries we split. "We shouldn't have to live like they did in the old days" No luxury is an entitlement. You still have to put in the work to afford it.

@kvh_8100 I love working from home. Nobody to bother me and can actually get my work done. I don’t have to listen to anyone else complain about the call they took. No commute. No constant interruptions. No “let’s go waste time grabbing food at Pete’s desk for X event.”
