@elvisjonyo At some point their was a light armoured APC on that route. We once stopped to wait on someone from UG who didn't know the route well and guess who was with us less than 10 mins after.

In Kikuyu, motor vehicles have been forced to turn back after goons took over a section of Waiyaki way since an hour ago. Goons are Armes with crude weapons and appear to have been sponsored by a politician. Those planning to travel this route should seek alternative routes.

In 2006, @VW caused a worldwide commotion and created a world record at the same time. The mass-produced Volkswagen Touareg V10 TDI pulled a Boeing 747 weighing about 155 tons on the airport runway. Thanks to a massive 750Nm torque and adjusted chassis, Touareg was able to move the "Jumbo Jet" to a distance of more than 150 meters and then stop it safely. For this extraordinary experiment, the car was loaded with more than four tons of additional load to transfer the power of the engine onto the road as efficiently as possible. Despite the extreme load, a serial engine, gearbox and air suspension were used. It turned out that Touareg can really do anything.
