Everyone seems to not notice it, but the Man in Yellow is already sowing division among the townsfolk. For instance, when Sophia asks Kenny when the real problems started in town… Kenny replies it was after Jade and Tabitha arrived. Sophia then subtly pushes the idea that maybe they brought the chaos with them. That's a master manipulator right there.
