If you're in a relationship, here are five people you shouldn’t be entertaining:
Number one - your ex.
If you're still talking to your ex while you're in a relationship, you're keeping a door open that should be closed.
Number two - someone who clearly likes you.
If someone is openly interested in you while you're taken, that situation already lacks boundaries.
And if you entertain it, you're crossing a line.
Number three - someone who used to like you.
History matters.
If they had feelings before, those feelings can come back - and keeping that connection can create unnecessary tension in your relationship.
Number four - someone who disrespects your partner.
This should be obvious.
If someone talks badly about your partner or undermines your relationship, they don’t respect you either.
That’s not someone who should have access to you.
Number five - someone your partner genuinely feels uncomfortable with.
Not in a controlling way - but in a real, intuitive, respectful way.
If your partner has a valid concern about someone, it’s worth taking seriously.
Because relationships are built on trust, respect, and protecting each other’s peace.
This isn’t about being toxic.
It’s about boundaries.
And boundaries are a form of respect - for your partner and for your relationship.
